Job description 

As a Reservations Agent your responsibilities include:

  • Handling the requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone and other platforms
  • Providing information about the hotel facilities programs and services
  • Answering guest calls
  • Assisting clients with planning and making reservations and process payments
  • Providing personalized customer service

To be successful, we are looking for the following:

  • Experience in a lifestyle brand
  • Work well in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Experience with PMS system
  • Knows how to leave lasting impressions
  • Passionate about hospitality with an energetic and polite personality

  • Maintaining hygienic condition of pools
  • Spotting hazards and preventing accidents
  • Building a rapport with guests and colleagues
  • Providing personalized customer service
  • Addressing and escalating customer complaints
  • First aid including CPR

To be successful, we are looking for the following:

  • Experience in a lifestyle brand
  • Lifeguard certification as per local legislation
  • Work well in a team
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures
  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Good physical fitness
  • Alertness and a sense of responsibility

Qualifications:

  • 3 years working experience in a similar position, in luxury hotel environment
  • Tourism or corresponding school degree
  • Proven professional experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of fine dining service standards and procedures
  • Advanced organisational and negotiation skills

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • High performance in fast-paced environment
